Location was fine and staff was nice
The location was great and next to the outlets and some restaurants
I liked the location and the fact that they serve breakfast in the morning. Staff is friendly and nice; housekeeping staff is very friendly and efficient.
The hotel was near St. Louise Regional Hospital which was helpful to me. The breakfast was a plus.
Breakfast was great (could use more variety of cereal). Person who checked me in was nice. Luggage carts available. The bed, bathroom, shower, lighting, tv, fridge and microwave oven were great. Wifi was excellent.

The property seemed good at glance, but when I inspected my bed there was rat poop on my bed. There was hair everywhere and the blankets were not washed.
Really close to Gilroy Garden and very comfy and clean
Nice remodel. Spacious shower plenty of water pressure, nice mirror, plenty of lighting, it had a mini fridge, the window opened to get fresh morning air, the hardwood floors, spacious.
The staff was busy doing other job duties, had to ring the bell they had on counter. Once the staff came the checking in was quick.
